To all, a friend of my friend has passed away recently, Please read the mail below and be careful.
Hi.. heard of a bad news - Charleine, who studied in MSMKL with some of us, passed away last weekend due to carbon monoxide poisoning. It happened when she lighted an aromatheraputic candle for the night in a room with the air-conditioning on and the windows closed. Because of the lack of oxygen in the room, the burning of the candle was not fully oxidised thus forming carbon monoxide. I am sending this e-mail out to all of you so that you will be aware of such danger when lighting any candles in any unventilated
rooms. Do take care so that such unfortunate happening will not occur to anyone else.
